any at bottom and middle tier on sides mate? guessing other blocks open later on sides too middle and bottom tier as cant see all that price band going first myself
Currently none on middle tier, 2 single seats on bottom tier. They could be holding some seats back until noon. But that's the current availability

Theres about a dozen single seats only left on the bottom two tiers now. Top tier the front end of the blocks have all gone, there's under half of the blocks on the top tier left to sell with about half of the tickets in those blocks left . The longer you leave it, the further back you'll sit by the looks of it. Am I right in thinking its only membership holders at the minute and 200 loyalty points and above from lunch?

Thought we were selling North to South?

We’re in 225, so they’ve definitely sold a long way round the middle tier (and I think the bottom as well).

From memory, we sold out against Burnley in 2009, so I can’t see a reason why we wouldn’t this time.
Wembley was new and exciting then tbf

Anyone know how to get disabled tickets? Can't see anything on the ticket site.
Disability Access Tickets
There are 122 Wheelchair user and unlimited Ambulant Disabled tickets with accompanying Personal Assistant tickets, subject to eligibility, will be made available. These are sold under the same periods of sale. EFL regulations and Sheffield United terms and conditions apply, including the availability of age-related concessions.

There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for guests with mobility difficulties which are positioned in Level 1 rows 31/32. Please note audio description receivers and mini-induction loops can be collected from one of Wembley's information booths on the internal concourse on the day of the match. For further information and location of the information booths, please visit Wembley's dedicated page on audio descriptive commentary

Why are you on here, you have a shit ground, a fanbase that take kids to Wembley, are a laughing stock, always talk about when you won the league cup and have lived in our shadow for how long, remind me? Just completely pathetic!!!!
Sorry I forgot to add, have not averaged over 30k in any division for over 58 years, just let that sink in Mr Attendance FC. Not averages over 30k in ANY DIVISION FOR OVER 58 YEARS????? Massive my eye!

Again denial.

Just like we sell out every big match, you know that if Wednesday were in the PL and the ground allowed it - Wednesday would average 50,000, let alone 30,000.

It’s your belligerent denial that’s funny whilst not even selling out Wembley - yet again.

Or a play off home leg - yet again.

It’s totally embarrassing.
50k lol, you are embarrassing, didn't you get a gate this season of 22k?

Thank you.

Stop replying then 😉

Get your tickets sold out and keep quiet.

Simples!

“Yeah but the tickets are expensive, Hogg travel aren’t operating, we always lose at Wembley, and it’s a Saturday”,
Is hating United your only reason for living?

Why are you lot so obsessed on crowds when we have averaged more than you for quite a while now even though your crowds have risen from the average 22k when you got as far as we have this year?

Pretty sure 514 round to 527 have not gone on sale yet, so there will be lots more 'front of the top tier' seats available later.
If they let us have them. They might keep them locked until we've sold out the blocks before them and, if we don't, give them to s'lun 🙄. That would be really shit making people buy shit seats towards the back of the upper tier just so that they can maximise attendance by holding whole blocks with better seats back and giving them to the other team rather than offering better seats to our fans.

The sold out signs will be up at Sunderland this afternoon. what would be beyond the pale is if there are yawning gaps in the seats or whole blocks unsold when Sunderland could easily shift 50000 tickets. Loads of Sunderland are going to miss out given that 35000 tickets dont go around an average of over 40000 fans.

hopefully Wembley will give Sunderland more tickets over the coming days.

A quick fag packet calc from me is over 20,000 sold.

This shows how much each tier holds:
1747388980175.webp

Wembley holds 90,000 (as per above). Both teams have been given 35.5K each which is 71K which means 21% of capacity is sold to sponsors and players families etc...

Remove 21% from those figures above and you are left with:
  • Lower = 27,100
    • Divide by 2 = 13,550 (United allocation)
  • Middle = 13,060
    • Divide by 2 = 6,530 (United allocation)
  • Upper = 30,940
    • Divide by 2 = 15,470 (United allocation)
The bottom and middle tier appears to have fully sold out, apart from the odd singles which equates to 20,080.
The North side of upper tier is selling now but i'm not counting them so it's 20,080 + whatever has gone on the upper so far.

The greyed out south side of upper tier (Blocks 514-527) is around 7.7K, so when that opens up for sale, we will have sold ~ 27,850 tickets

Bladespod made a point that Wembley tend to sell sections on hard-cam (the bit you see on the main TV camera angle) first so it looks fuller if it doesn't sell fully. Obviously for a game like this it's likely to be a sellout (or close to it), but if that's a standard rule then that's what could be happening here.

Be interesting to see what is available on general sale at 1pm. Would rather be in one of the lower tiers but if I end up with a cheaper ticket in the gods then that's fine, just as long as it's nearer behind the goal (rather than nearer the halfway line) I'm not terribly fussed.

The bottom tier was on sale in full on the first day. It's sold out

looks like the bottom two tiers are fully sold out bar the odd one.

I think that is a slight over estimate of how many we have sold as we don’t have half of the tickets to sell, more like 38%. I imagine the 20,000 held back for neutrals are skewed towards the more expensive seats (?).

I reckon we’ve sold just over 20,000 so far in total (including those sold on top tier)

Don’t know why you are even engaging with me.

Just sell out your 35,000 tickets and all my posts become nonsensical (won’t happen because you are a tinpot club).
At least we have a safe ground to go and watch tmb

Sunderland AFC has announced on twitter that we have now sold out of our initial allocation.

hopefully we get more tickets.
