#limbsThe younger generation will eventually drive this change.
We live in a social media age, where people are obsessed with capturing good content and flags, flares & drums all help with this.
I see no issue with it and anybody trying to promote a better atmosphere at the Lane has my backing because it's shite.
A group on Facebook called Shoreham Boys 89 are trying to get things moving. They handed out flyers at the Blackburn game. Good luck to them. Things need to change at the Lane.

Failing any coordinated effort, fans like this should just get tickets in the standing area behind the goal. So that makes it much easier than it used to be

Wasn't there talk of SB89 or somat other week?
Sheffield United ticket office wouldn't accommodate such ideas with their backward way of selling tickets
Bristol CITY fans!We walked to the car through Bristol fans. We kept the small talk down to combine harvesters and turnips. A cunning plan that saw us home safely.
For Godβs sake NO ! Too European and Scottish. English supporters are THE football fans. Much prefer the cool and aloof pose ie. to the players Β« entertain us you barstewards Β»Only discovered over the past few days that Bristol City have their own ultra-ish singing section down there at Ashton Gate. Worth mentioning as it appears to be the sort of thing that some of our fans are pushing to create at Bramall Lane.
Can't say I heard them over Don Goodman's verbal diarrhoea whilst watching in the pub, but for those who went (or have been before and have seen 'Section 82' in action), what did you think of them? Did it look like the sort of thing we'd want at the Lane or did it come across a bit tinpot? Did they continue to make the noise throughout or did they shut up once they were getting dominated?
Personally I'm all for any sort of movement which aims to improve the atmosphere, but it has to be done right and I think it's worth looking at examples from other clubs to see where we'd like to land. From what I've seen, what Bristol has looks decent. But I've definitely seen certain clubs where it looks and sounds a right mess (I'm looking at you, Wednesday Ultras)
They might sing that they are the 'Champions of Europe" but they're only 3 points off relegationWe need to look at Leeds for the blueprint, electric atmosphere at every home game, fans stood up, scarves, flags and a real hostile place to visit. That's what we need the lane to be like it will inspire them to European finish next season.
I bet youβre the life and soul of any party! For Godβs sake NO ! Too European and Scottish. English supporters are THE football fans. Much prefer the cool and aloof pose ie. to the players Β« entertain us you barstewards Β»
And Iβll bet you think you are but everyone thinks youβre a knobhead behind your back.I bet youβre the life and soul of any party!
