¡No Pasarán!
In Ogbene, Barkley, Doughty (form), Townsend and others, they've lost their supply line. That's the issue.
Interesting that nobody came in for Doughty and anyone that might have looked and demurred have been vindicated.

Not sure him going to Luton would solve their problems this season, they've already got strikers who can score goals (Morris is a beast in the championship), they just can't create anything for those strikers.
How is Kone meant to score goals with what feels like the bare minimum of creativity behind him, same problem Morris, Brown and Adebayo have had this season.
Fair enough, that might be the missing link that they need to start scoring goals and picking points up for the second part of the season, as it sounds like they don't have a lot of creativity without him.Doughty has just returned from injury and creates the most big chances in the league
Chong has been out a lot also, and still is.Always rated him as a Championship player.Doughty has just returned from injury and creates the most big chances in the league
Picked up Player and Young Player of the season at the awards last night. Surprised no one picked him up in January.
One of Ryan's Hollywood mates?Luton tried for 5 mill but Wycombe have recently been purchased by a multi billionaire and aren't interested in selling him.
They feel they are going places.
Koné wouldn't have wanted to risk moving to then-bottom Luton when Wycombe were in the hunt for an automatic promotion place. The story will change if Wycombe stay in L1 and a PL team comes in for him.Luton tried for 5 mill but Wycombe have recently been purchased by a multi billionaire and aren't interested in selling him.

As said multiple times previously. We should’ve been all over this deal in January. 10M for him over Cannon everyday.Picked up Player and Young Player of the season at the awards last night. Surprised no one picked him up in January.
IF he really wanted to go, he'd have gone.Luton tried for 5 mill but Wycombe have recently been purchased by a multi billionaire and aren't interested in selling him.

And they are probably right.Luton tried for 5 mill but Wycombe have recently been purchased by a multi billionaire and aren't interested in selling him.

He was coming back from injury mind you. Wasn't starting regularly either, I don't think.Only scored 2 in 12 as Wycombe have fallen away. Big playoffs for him
First 2 as sub, started the rest. Only a short injury too. It's his first fullseason as a pro. I'm not surprised he's hit a bit of a wallHe was coming back from injury mind you. Wasn't starting regularly either, I don't think.
Whats happening Danetheblade ?Wycombe have just signed a striker from Basel so I presume he's off somewhere.
Short of a ridiculous bid I think they are building for a promotion push. They have signed 6 players including a Walsall centre back who made div two team of the season and scored 11 goals, a tricky winger from Crawley who scored 8 goals last season and a couple of Scottish PL players and the lad u mention.Wycombe have just signed a striker from Basel so I presume he's off somewhere.
True and possibly correct. He could also tell them he's desperate to leave. Doesn't seem the type though and another season in L1 would probably be good for his development.Short of a ridiculous bid I think they are building for a promotion push. The billionaire owner is investing heavily in the clubs infrastructure as they have laid a new pitch and completely renovated their first team training ground. They have also bought QPRs old academy in West London and r upgrading their academy to take boys released from the big London clubs.
They will only sell Kone is they need to for financial rules as the owner doesn't need the money.
If he gets 20 next season he will get his move. Playing none league 18 months ago so needs to be somewhere where he will play. He wouldn't be in front of One with us and I think we will loan One out anywayTrue and possibly correct. He could also tell them he's desperate to leave.
