Thank you.
Dont knowpromotion party 71 silent ?
I think it was either a civic reception recognising the 1971 promotion or a team of the year award dinner. There’s a photo of the whole team sat at the dinner table in one of the early 71/72 programmes.Dont know

Seems a logical surmise.promotion party 71 silent ?
Maybe Graeme Crawford 2nd from the end. One on the end looks like he has fair hair so immediately thought John Barnwell but don’t think it is, if it’s a trick of the light in regards to hair colour which it could be I’d say Colin Addison because it looks like him in the face.View attachment 199711
Last two players furthest away left side, please, anyone. My sad old brain has no idea but as soon as I'm told it will be so obvious, I shall hang my head in shame.
A most gallant synopsise and I go along with Crawford but I feel sure the last man isn't Addison.Maybe Graeme Crawford 2nd from the end. Deffo HemsleyDefinitely looks like Dearden but it doesn't look like Hemsley on the end (I could be wrong though!!) - If this dinner took place in the close season there would be a good chance that Hemsley was away with Worcestershire at the time.
definately Ted, could tell that hooter anywhere.Definitely looks like Dearden but it doesn't look like Hemsley on the end (I could be wrong though!!) - If this dinner took place in the close season there would be a good chance that Hemsley was away with Worcestershire at the time.
Our scorers in the 4-2 defeat at Chelsea in February 1973!Think it's Dearden & Hemsley

Massive point that one, late Deano goal in terrible conditions. Great support from the Mags tbf.Yes, looks like Micky Quinn in the box there.

Mervyn Day. Aged 69. 1 game for us at Palace I think early 90's. Crossbar broken that day - last game of season
If we had signed Nathan Blake earlier...Light up front, but I'm not sure how that team went down.
