All their prem money went to the new stadium, they'll need cash to build for a survival push at this rate.

Would put in a bid for Morris, maybe even Doughty if we do well this year

I'd take Alfie Doughty, I know he's a little shithouse.. but he's someone you'd rather be on your team than against you.

Still only 24 and sits atop the entire championship for most chances created despite missing some games through injury.

Adebayo purely for the chaos we’d cause with him Moore and souttar for set pieces

Please tell me when Moore & Souttar have caused chaos at set pieces ?
Not having a pop at any players, but that is one area we have been terrible at all season and something we really need too improve on.
True, we seem to use souttar on the back post to head it back across goal a lot. The delivery for this has to be perfect and we don’t always get it right. But telling me as an oppo defence you’d not shit yoursen with them 3 attacking a corner?

Been watching Luton’s vlogs they are dumbfounded how bad they are

Morris is a donkey 🫏

It's ironic that the team that did best of the three promoted clubs last year and that seemed most prepared for relegation is now by far struggling the most.

Shows you how much they've been punching above their weight.
And the team that retained their squad
Both us and Burnley have had a big squad change over the summer
Incredible how well we are doing given the turnaround

Lamine Fanne has an interesting profile but let's wait and see how he adjust to the Championship... Lol.
So - what's interesting with him even before playing a single minute? Well, over the last 30 years of watching football in various parts of the world, different levels I have never seen a player progress that fast. It does not mean that he has the ability to keep doing and reach the TOP TOP but surely someone to keep an eye on.

His development is quite remarkable - from being a bench player with the U19 squad at CE Constancia (Spanish 5th tier) in 2022 he was signed by AIK in March 2023. Almost free and with no expectations at all, barely communicated by the club as he would spend most of the time with the academy, potentially training with the first team early/mid 2024. Looked completely off sync and nowhere near the level of even training with the first-time last year. This year - exploded. Went from U19 to sub appearances and then cementing his starting position to dominating the league. Summarizing the league in 2024 he has been one of the best midfielders in the league with an insane development curve. I understand why Luton paid 4-5 million pounds for him last summer. Probably worth the double already.

We couldn’t afford loan players 3 months ago when we were desperately short on players. I don’t see us buying anyone.

Adebayo would be a no brainera, tall, quick and plenty of skill....but we couldn't afford him. Morris is one of those players who would be ideal to bring off the bench

I thought he looked a threat whenever we played them. Seemed tenacious too, really trying to push the team on.
