Delighted that McGuiness played as he always seems to fuck up against us in one way or another.

Aasgaard was always a standout at youth level for a good few years, I'm surprised no one took a chance on him sooner.

Hard to fathom how we've taken 9 points from Derby, Portsmouth, and Luton when on balance of play we probably deserved 2. It's not even that we've been really solid at the back--opposition have just missed big chances while we've taken ours.

No more Choudhury and Souza as a pair in the middle, please.
Wilder is a very lucky manager to fk up selection for the third time out of four - and still get away with it

We are winning despite him imo

Let’s hope he now takes advantage of our position and goes with a much more balanced and attacking team for the run in . Let’s wait and see .

I think it’s too simple to say we’re winning despite him. He’s been the leader of a very successful rebuild which is way ahead of schedule (although he’s been handsomely backed by two ownerships) and he’s instilled a great spirit in this team. He deserves a lot of credit.

The question for me is can he now take the next step and mold what’s he got into a really good footballing side—one that’s enjoyable to watch and gets result. He’s got all the tools to do it and he’s done it before. 14 games left, the time to make it happen is now.

I agree with your point

But it still remains that he has had tremendous luck in 3/4 of the last few games - knife edge stuff tbh

He’s either brilliant- and i mean that - or very very lucky . I hope it’s the former because his luck with some mind boggling set ups and resulting performances , will not carry on IMO

We have been lucky. I think it’s absolutely fair to criticize him. I just think it’s possible to go too far in that criticism. Personally I’m willing to see how he deals with the rest of this season but I reserve the right to complain if we continue to play this boring and negative football.
