Spoke to someone whose son is related to Slew and gave her my opinion that Slew was badly advised by his agent Mark Rankine to force SUFC to agree a transfer to Blackburn when he could have stayed with us and get better development. Her reply was "He now has a nice house and a nice car!"

I was at this match. Had told my 6yr old all about Jordan Slew just before kick off. He looked the best player on the pitch for the first ten minutes.

After that the non-league team thoroughly outplayed Morecambe tbh. Not that I'm bias.
