These won’t have the front of shirt sponsor on, and I don’t think the fact that they go on sale tomorrow indicates anything about the timing of a front of shirt sponsor announcement. These will be going on sale tomorrow in time for the first away game on Friday. That’s all.

These shirts will have been manufactured at least 2 months ago, and then have spent several weeks in a container from China. Back of shirt and sleeve sponsors must have been added since the shirts arrived in the UK, since we know they’ll be on there but were only announced in recent days.

The main sponsor will be added once announced. Whether they will offer to add it to already purchased shirts I don’t know.

Maybe online selling won’t start until the fully sponsored version is available?

I would assume we're not short of having sponsorship options, let's be honest you could throw the chippy on there if you really wanted to. I always assumed it's United titting about waiting for either the most cash or the 'right' sponsor whatever that is.
