gilchrist would be more of a defensive right back and that suits our new 4 at the back system still think worrall souttar or mepham will come in as well great signing this

I'm not convinced that we are going with a back 4 as our default lineup for the season - I think we have been forced into that due to a lack of numbers. The signing of the Peterborough lad and the attempt to sign the household appliance from Wolves makes me think CW still prefers to play with wingbacks. It will be interesting to see if we sign another player for the right side of defence.

yes interesting point youve brought up there i was slightly blinkered assuming gilchrist would be coming in as right back in a back 4 but you could be right maybe hes coming in as right centre back in a 3 with anel at centre back which i think is his best position anyway and robbo a d trusty vying for left centre back

I'm hoping it'll be a bit of both. We seem to be building a team of players capable of switching formations to change games.
