That's getting on to the sort of money in which an ambitious club would consider it - providing the add ons check out. Selling home grown can help with financial fair play a lot so it'd allow new owners to invest more if they wished too. It's all a factor.

You have to be careful with these clauses when selling to clubs with unlimited money however. Appearances, England caps, contract renewals, goals, the whole lot. If Osula goes on to do what they think he'll do the chances of him moving on are small. If he doesn't work out the sell on clause isn't worth much anyway. There's probably six or seven Prem clubs that don't have to sell for financial reasons.

Nope, any 'Interim Business Conduct Restrictions' would cover the period from the point of deal agreement/signing through to when the deal closes. The EFL approval remains outstanding (as far as we hear) and, I would assume, is a CP to the deal.
Decision making authority on transfers, sponsors, as well as working capital should all have been addressed in the agreement.
The only ways it would fall away are (i) if any other alternative arrangements are agreed, (ii) the deal closes or (iii) the long stop date is reached.

As already discussed it depends where you sit with this one. If we had a full squad ready to go then I would be hoping the club turned the bid down. But... we nees funds to get in more players and the money will allow CW to do that. WO is a casualty of us not having a big enough squad as it stands and something has to give. Get it done (WO sale), wish him well, and then let CW bring in a number of players ASAP with the extra money.
