Ah thats why I probably thought he only signed for them this summer. Cant remember even seeing him in a Southampton kit.

For me Tommy Conway at Bristol City would be a great shout, young, lots of championship games can play wider or through the middle, out of contract and they are resigned to selling.

Got a feeling its Liam Millar to replace Osula. (Millar right footed left wing attacker) We had an agreement lined up for him a few weeks back and this matches with El Accountos latest tweets on it. Cannon and Rak Sayki on loan to complete the attack.

Ramble gets 99.9% of his info from El Accounto and says he's never heard Millar mentioned.
For what it's worth he also says Rak Sayki will probably stay down south.

Imo, any Osula fee released by PA will mean Wilder will want to get at least two permanent signings with that money, if of course it’s correct that loan signings are excluded from that fee?

Millar was flagged to me by a source a few weeks back but not since. I'm putting 2 and 2 together as hasn't been mentioned by my source for a while or el accounto. Deals done without the cash feel crazy don't they? But it seemed to work with Burrows. That sounds very much like Cooper to me though mate.
Both clubs made it sound a done deal, even the price seemed to be out there.
The Wolves lad seems through the door, and I'm guessing a CB is close too (both loans). That leaves a loan on the table for a striker as I think we'll leave 2 loans available for January. As frustration as it is waiting for teams to make players available for loans, it means we are aiming high. Their parent club obviously haven't made their mind up on them yet, and that's when you can sneak in and nick a gem like McAtee or MGW when the finally do.

The formation is giving me a headache to be honest.
Gus, O'Hare and Blaster are gaunteed starters, other than that I'd say the other 8 sports are up for grabs.
We haven't signed any wingers yet, but in pre season we have see Brooks used out there (and looks great) I just think our central defenders and wing backs are going to completely dictate the formation we can put out.

He's looked decent playing from the left in pre season, he is only 23/24. Think he might be a good option for us from the bench mainly.

I'm quite aware, it was my response to jono_t2000 recommendation of signing Chris Wood - Everytime Chris Wood has played against Egan he's bullied him.

I can understand that 10m is too much to turn down, but losing Osula (20), Jebbo (21), Archer (22) and Traore (21) and only bringing in Moore (31) is the complete opposite of how you rebuild a squad.

You are right. I'm absolutely seething that the transfer window has closed and this is all we have brought in and getting rid of two kids and one awful player who wasn't even at the club last year.
