I could see us getting Souttar on loan rather than Worrall permanently. That would be very Princey

My guess is it would mean no Worrall, and we'd be saving the fee on him to spend on Cooper instead, but that would be a surprise because I thought we were really fixed on Worrall

Ideally would like to see us sign Worrall permanently and loan a goalkeeper.
Would fit better with rebuilding the squad after so many departures. We need some mainstays that interface well together. The GK position is isolated.

That was my opinion of him as well, but I haven’t studied him in depth. A bigger, slower Maguire is what I’d deem him as.

Souttar has barely played any football since tearing his cruciate three seasons ago. He was fairly slow, and not particularly good, back then. What makes you think he’d contribute to a strong centre back pairing?
