Love this, shame some on here find it amusing that a brick in memory of lost loved ones that has been knocked down is funny :-/ I have seen the club intend rebuilding but feel they should have communicated with individuals before hand.

I don't find it funny. People pretending to be angry about something a quick look at the official site would clear up or even a 20 second Google search I do.

It's like people are addicted to being outraged.

Many of us have bricks in memory of loved ones. I've got one for my Dad.

As usual though you're all over anything you can beat the club with. It's a brick not a final resting place or memorial garden. They haven't knocked the memorial wall down as far as I know.

It's being rebuilt. More perspective, less faux outrage.

Sorry for your loss but the club out it on their website and social media and it was also on the star website. What exactly did you want? Them to chase up the thousands of people who may not even be alive anymore or left details etc?

The said what was happening. Those who learnt about it afterwards could have always checked with a instant Google search. I suspect many still don't know and never will once it's rebuilt.

It says on the website "We would like to reassure fans with bricks in this section the existing names will be replaced once maintenance has been completed."

Also says the maintenance is "for safety reasons" so guess it had to be done.

Any remotely decent person would feel desperately sorry for your experience in losing your babies. My condolences.

I don't see the circumstances around the wall being knocked down and rebuilt justifying any outrage though, let alone guilt tripping those who feel such anger is a little OTT.

As someone who has all my loved ones either buried or their ashes interned, maybe I see it differently but maybe it's also cry wolf as I'm used to seeing you find a reason to bash the club on a daily basis.

Slagging the club off for being run shit or for playing shit is a bit of a different thing on this occasion.

I'd be pretty certain that the club dont hold records of whoever has the bricks in the wall(Ive had one myself for years form my lads). Most were years ago and even if the facilities were around then to hold records GDPR would probably prevent them holding onto them now anyway.

bloody mordernising things, lets stay in the past like dem Wendies
why would people want modern toilets with their fancy hand soap dispenders
and running water in pipes instead of down the wall
