Thing is it's easy to blame Wilder here but we don't know for sure who's target this was.

I've heard it was a Wilder/Mitchell target then I've heard it was more Matt Duke and Mitchell and lastly more a United World target.
It could well have been them all or it could have been some more than others.

When it comes to keepers, I do wonder if a manager who hasn't played in goal has to really rely on the coaching staff/scouts more so than an outfield player.
Keeping has far more little nuisances aside from just saving and collecting balls from crosses etc.

We've massively got Grbic wrong, but recent history with keepers suggests that we've got many of them right.
Moore, Henderson, Ramsdale (Admittedly he didn't come into his own till 2nd half of season), Wes (Eventually) have all really contributed.

But then again we've had, Olsen, Verrips and now Grbic.
I don't put Davies in either camp because he is clearly a backup and hasn't even really had the chance to be a car-crash. Verrips did only play a single game didn't he but was dreadful.

We have cones and those metal dummy shapes. He could be like a piece of token goalkeeping apparatus. Like, the absolute minimum standard for strikers to beat and build on to build initial confidence without too much resistence?
