They did balls up for goodness sake, Larouchi, Thomas both not good enough for the Premier League. Now think about this, do you think these two were the only two left backs available in Europe and England? Of course they were not, but out of our list of left backs we have looked into which would be lengthy these two were deemed as the best option by the recruitment team. Eyes painted on.

And that’s not even touching on other signings. I think it is clear PM has friends on here which is understandable being a Handsworth lad but anyone think he is good enough are off their nut. All his football experience is at Worksop level and then was the scout at Chesterfield. He left Chesterfield and was unemployed before his big pal Chris Wilder said I’ll give you a job. He won the lotto that day but time should now be called on this and get someone else in because we can never progress with this recruitment team and people need to realise this.

Paul Mitchell had offers from several different clubs and was on the verge of joining Portsmouth before Wilder rang him up and asked him to join us.

I thought Trusty looked really good at left back.
I did..
but Birmingham (thats where he was yeah?) Fans said he was brilliant in the middle and not the best on the left.
My only criticism is he loses his man/concentration. Its probably better to do that out wide than when you're the last man at the back in the middle.

Wilder was tactically done over by himself against Luton.

We started with a very clear 4-4-2; a back four of Baldock - Ahmedhodzic - Robinson - Trusty; a midfield of McAtee - Souza - Brooks - Hamer and Archer and McBurnie up front.
This is how the field was set when Lokonga got the assist for Doughty's goal.

I suppose you make your own luck but let's not pretend that Luton gave us a tactical masterclass. They were fortunate that their one shot on target went in off the goalkeeper's legs then we scored two ludicrous own goals.
It's strange how people have a different view of the reason we concede goals.
Against Luton, and remember Doughty was playing out of position, Hamer should have forced him to go wide rather than letting him come inside on to his favoured left foot.
When we play with a back four you rely on your wide midfield players to help out defensively, neither Hamer nor McAtee are good enough defensively, physically they lack strength.
It will be interesting to see how Wilder plays it especially if NRD is anywhere near back to his best.

Sending him back is saying to the recruitment team he is not good enough you have made a mistake. But now go and find us a keeper 🙈

Even if it’s this 3rd choice keeper I just hope it’s a wilder/knill signing and he’s decent, please don’t let Paul Mitchell chose the keeper!
If Thomas has been sent back does that mean that Endas replacements, replacement will be replaced by someone already at the club?

Pheeeeeeeew.
Now, who we getting on loan that's NOT a left back?

I don‘t generally go in on anyone who plays for us (dishonourable exception made for that man-sized cock Lundstram), but our first team squad is strengthened immediately as a result of this decision.

Thanks for doing your limited best for us, Luke, and GLTTL.

Thanks to the lad, but he wasn't good enough (although he did start to look less of a disaster under Wilder than he did under Hecky). I wish him well, but not in our colours.

I suspect we have had to pay a financial break clause in the agreement to send him back early. Still, money well spent in doing so.

I think with hindsight he would have been better off career wise staying at Leicester. He seems like a player who could with a season or two at Championship level as they have never loaned him out til they sent him to us.

Seem to recall RND at his best was only just before he got injured at Coventry prior to that he was nah ok

GLTTL

He improved under CW and co, and he played OK against Man City. We need absolute battlers from now on.

He wouldn't have got any game time at Leicester, I expect him to go out on loan again to a mid/lower champ team.

I had a feeling someone at Leicester told him to be shit. That person I will not name but he does have thing for breaking flags

Does that mean the Danny Ward thing is…..well….a thing?

Fucks sake……

Who writes these messages?

Would it really have killed them to add:

“The Blades thank Luke for his contribution and wish him well for the remainder of the season.”

I know he hasn’t left an everlasting impression but to not thank someone and wish them well; it’s just fucking rude.

Probably cos he’s gash and my dead nan would do a better job at left back?

I suspect that Paul Mitchell and our scouting 'team' will probably be in contact with you soon to ask where they can find your dead nan. Probably be a contract on the table for her if negotiations go well with Bettis - though I do envisage that Bettis will do an interview later this month to tell us that whilst going well, the negotiations with Jimmy23's dead nan are progressing slower than we would want as she is yet to make a sound. Maybe you could help by stepping in and getting your dead nan signed up by proxy?

I think it's worth the wait though as I agree that she will probably be better than LT has been this season.

I don’t think she’d fit into a team of non tryer’s 😂
