Ummm, that may be asking a bit too muchI also live in Shrewsbury, and feel the same as Shropshire Blade.I am bringing two friends to the match. Please all I ask is that we give 100% and battle for every ball and secure 3 points.
Our train doesn't leave until 7 pm after the game, any recommendations for somewhere to eat, preferably Indian near the station. Also it looks like a bus to the ground is the best bet.
Shrews 1 3 blades
At where??Thought they looked decent at the lame...
Any parking tips? Not confident of a result but looking forward to the game (my first in a while due to work commitments) and my first ever football match was at Gay Meadow.
Apparantly, it's starting to dawn on folks!!!!!If we lose tomorrow and the teams around us win we will be done in.![]()
Cheers mateTheres a couple of very good indian restaurants within 5-10 minute walk from the station, one is called Cafe Saffron and the other Panachea.
Parking not the greatest, theres a pub called the Brooklands which i think do match day parking for £5 which is just down the road from the ground.

Cut and pasted or a lot of spare time on your hands?![]()
Unless he's American, it's cut and pasted. "Meter" not metre? Although he did a good job of changing rights to lefts.

Even if we win its delaying the inevitable slide futher into obscurity
If he's American, wouldn't he be using imperial, as in Give Way 75 Feet.
My parking tip is to avoid double yellows and to ask percy Thrower if he'll let you park at his nursery next door (that's a place with plants, not young children)
Except that North Americans think that "Give Way" is the funniest thing they've ever heard of (yes, there's a whole world out there!). "Yield 75 feet" would be the American equivalent.
