All the best Ndiaye, a joy to watch and when the dust settles we will always be proud that we nurtured you and thankful for being able to watch you. In my top 3 favourite players of my lifetime. Hope he is succesful with his boyhood team.

We move on and if we can find a like for like then we will be fine. Lets hope Hecky can uncover a gem! A lot of people think he's irreplaceable but I think even in the championship there are players of similar ability that have his capabilities.

UTB and fuck you Marseille.

Ffs! Why put that shit out?
Why would we thank him for publicly embarrassing our club?.

Our club is so backwards at times they refuse to acknowledge one of the very best managers we have ever had in Chris Wilder and refuse to acknowledge him yet are falling over themselves for Ndiaye after he threw our media team and former captain and legend of our club under the bus.

Too many of our fans are emotionally manipulated far too easily.

Ok while we're all quoting TV programs to express our feelings I'll do the Family Guy bigoted songs:

Paris is lovely and Nice sure is nice
Marseille is charming with Champagne on ice
But you stinky Frenchmen haven't a clue
Pew stinky Frenchmen fuck you.

It’s like getting dumped and thanking her on social media for being kind enough to go out with you.

Have some fucking pride in the club!

Call me a suspicious old twat, but funny how OM suddenly came with an offer, once they found out he had done the promo for signing a new contract????? On Twatter, now deleted, surprise, surprise, suggested his agent master minded all this?????? Oh well, now he has gone, still does not sit right.
Why was Ndiayes representatives in Portugal then?

Either the club are lying to the fans and agreed to this or Marseille tapped him up.

I go back to 1970 and trust me, Sabella isn't even half as good as Illy. Ignore those who think Sabella was better
He was making a statement about skill. If you do not think Sabella had at least the skill Ndiaye had your memory is failing you.

I can't understand those on here who are more concerned about the Marseille fans. What have they got to do with us and our opening game against Palace?

This has been going on for months and Ndiaye should have left straight after the final whistle in our last game of the season rather than waiting until we are less than 2 weeks from our new season.

His 'message' is insincere. To refer to Hecky (who has done so much for him) as 'the coach' is disrespectful

Hecky and his team have to rip up the pre-season preparation and start again.

You missed this bit then on the official site;

The Blades offered Ndiaye, 23, a new, lucrative contract and talks were initially positive, but the club were unfortunately forced into negotiations with the French Ligue 1 outfit after the player himself expressed a desire to join his boyhood team.

If that isn't the player forcing the move then what is?
Well yes, but they are bound to put a spin on it that puts them in a better light. So I wouldn't necessarily believe that version, especially with their track record.

No mention of the fee either - must be a truly embarrassing number.

Less than brooks I reckon
We never do.

If we bought a penny chew we’d still declare it as undisclosed.

In a day when Agents speak to clubs about players under contract you’d think that anyone thinking ‘undisclosed’ prevents the football world from knowing how much money you’ve got is living in cloud cuckoo land!

It is the manner in which he has left that has made me change my view 360 on Ndiaye.

The lack of respect he had for our club and fans to up sticks and leave like he did was a disgrace.

He never gave our fans an inkling that he was leaving he played for us at Derby and didn't indicate in anyway that he was off.

He has made our club look stupid, yesterday there was posts all over various social media platforms mocking us for Ndiaye doing what he did leaving our management team high and dry.

I don't understand those fawning over someone that has been so disrespectful to our club and fans.

His words mean nothing to me and that is coming from someone who was a huge fan of Ndiaye I never expected it from him and never felt as deflated as I do about the way he has treated our club and fans.

There's a respectful and dignified way to leave a club and this isn't it. That statement from Ili is not enough to change my opinion.

He's flip flopped all summer and messed us about to the point that we've now got to scramble for a contingency plan the week before the start of the season when it sounds like he'd agreed a new contract with us in principle only to change his mind at the 11th hour. Pathetic from Ndiaye I'm afraid and I thought he was better than that.

It's obviously a terrible move for our club, but I'm not sure it's a great move for Ndiaye either - fancy leaving a club about to enter the best league in the world where the whole team would be built around your strengths and set up for you to succeed. Instead signing for a club in a joke of a league that play second fiddle to basket case PSG. If he'd stayed a season, shown his ability at the highest level and helped us to survival he would have got a move to a much better club and left with every Blades' blessing.

No doubt our intellectual fan base will be singing songs about Jack O'Connell and this lad all game every game.

That's why I've saved £400 and got a IPTV subscription this year.

To be fair to JOC, he sustained a terrible injury. He didn't fuck off and leave us in the lurch 11 days before the PL season starts, knowingly leaving us with minimal creativity and flair up front.
