I get the impression that the Souza and Trusty deals are relatively far a long and have just been kept quiet. I'd be happy with both. Both players played full seasons last year and performed well. The spine of the team would be sorted, leaving just a couple of exciting players up top to come in

So long as his first thought isn't turn backwards and pass back I'm happy with a simple pass to a red and white shirt. I get royally annoyed with pointless possession football where we retain possession by passing safety balls backwards and sideways and ultimately doing nothing with it. I'd rather see a simple ball forward or someone take the initiative and gamble with it.

I think even the happiest of happy clappers are struggling to see the positives right now. We are the proverbial 'runts' of the PL litter. Last to everything. Blown out of the water with any targets if ANY other club is interested. 10x days to go and we can barely field a side of senior players....... we absolutely need some positive news sharpish!
