Leeds unlikely to win any of their remaining games with the tough run in. Everton currently 4 nil up @ Brighton Leeds in bottom 3 now and surely coming down

Leicester, Leeds, Forest and Everton

A player from each that would improve us.

Harvey Barnes,Patrick Bamford,MGW,Michael Kean.

Why oh why do people keep suggesting Bamford would be a decent signing for us?

He had a purple patch in their 1st season back in The Prem but was absolute gash before that and has been absolute gash ever since.

Plus he's and absolute fanny with injury issues.

Looking at the fixtures there’s a good chance 1 of these clubs are staying up with the lowest point total to stay up (34). Would that highlight a poor premier league?

Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs & Man Utd have all had strange seasons and the league, apart from Man City, has had a slightly unusual look about it all season.

I get your point but you only play the top 4 twice, after that there’s still 30 games left to play.
The bottom half of the premiership isn’t that much different to the top half of the premiership. Bournemouth are showing it can be done with little investment. Brentford have also stayed up without spending massive amounts of money.

I’ll assume you mean top of the ‘championship’ but I think that’s an age old myth that simply can’t be true. It’s not about money spent but let’s not pretend Brentford don’t have a quality of player far superior to anyone in the championship, that wild be naive and simply wrong!

Did you see Everton tonight? Let’s not pretend they wouldn’t absolutely blitz the championship with that team! And they’re shite in that division…

See Everton have been greasing some palms again
Knocks you sick doesn’t it.
I’m not a conspiracy theorist but on umpteen occasions going back nearly 30 years they have scraped themselves clear in the last few games with some utterly baffling results.
No way in a million years do you see them smashing Brighton 1-5 away.
As much as I like Everton, in the next breath I cannot wait to see them be relegated. I genuinely think that they would struggle in the champ.

Kin hell, you serious?

Harrison, gnoto, Rodrigo, Summerville Aaronson and you go for crisp packet hands😂
Good to see the rain hasn’t dampened the bank holiday drinking😂😂
Prioritised a keeper who I think would be better behind a more confident back line. Would take Harrison in a heartbeat but I seem to recall Leeds turning down big money for him from Leicester in January.

Edit: if I had to pick another keeper from those four I'd probably pick Iverson from Leicester because I think he's got potential to be a good keeper.

Agree on keeper mate, but think next season we need an experienced or confident keeper, dubvraka, Johnstone or Hendo

Reckon Meslier would be another Ramsdale who’s shot on confidence soon as he lets one in

Can’t help but see what difference Navas has made at forest and wonder if Hendo would be a gamble too

Not England’s number one then?

Good point. I decided to omit Navas from my choices as he's a loan player so technically not a Forest player. Dubravka might be obtainable as he seems to be finished at Newcastle.

I don't know why people keep mentioning Henderson, his wages are going to be far too much for us.
The only Hendo at Bramall lane next season will be the relish.

I don’t think Leicester have the funds. It was clear they needed some investment at the start of the season. Plus I think Madddison will be gone and 1 or 2 others. Vardy another year older.
Surely Forest can’t continue to invest anywhere near like what they have done. They have bought a lot of expensive duds on big money and will be hard to move on.
Maddisons shit..

Think one thing we need in the summer is pace, when you look how fast teams break in the Premier League. That's what I concentrate on with whatever budget we may have

Southampton have some good young players that might be available for a reasonable price and not massive wages. That LB Perraud(?), Lavia, Bazunu. The latter two coming from the city academy. Still probably out of our reach though

Presumably you mean pace with end product. Oli Burke had pace to burn.
I do agree though. Our defence is more than adequate we need to sign dynamic midfielders and quick/powerful forwards.

MGW has just paid back his transfer fee and wages with some superb individual skill against he Saints. Got to admit that he seems to pull the rabbit out of the hat when it’s needed. The lads got magic feet and a crafty touch and can open a defence with ease. He would be the perfect link between Berge and Illy in the Prem.

Everton could be 6 points adrift with one game to go and they'd manage to crawl out of it somehow. Wonder how many grass cutters the Brighton goalie dived over today?
