Forum Football - Sunday 2nd September

This is in General Blades Chat as it is an open invite to all.

For a few years, a number of us have been intermittently meeting on a Sunday morning to have a friendly, "non-competitive" game of football. It started as a way to keep in touch through the close season and carried on.

All age-ranges and abilities are welcome and the cost of the pitches are shared equally between those playing.

This week we'll be playing at Powerleague (Pitz), behind Woodbourne Road Tram Stop (S9 3HL) and the cost will be around £2 each.

So, if anyone is free this coming Sunday morning and fancies a game, this is what you need to know:

Venue: Powerleague (Pitz), behind Woodbourne Road Tram Stop (S9 3HL)

Time: 10:00
Cost: Around £2 each.
What you need: Trainers or astro-turf boots. No studs. Shinpads optional. A sense of humour.

Guests are welcome.

Please yay or nay for definite by Friday night if possible.

To any potential new people....we are pretty tame really and the games usually have quite a bit of laughter (mainly aimed at Foxy). Although Keenzy had a second operation on his ancle last week.....but he runs like bambi anyway.
