He's been OK, definitely not excellent. Anel has not been nowhere near his early season form presumably down to his bout of fever. He's been excellent the last 3 home games. I've seen no evidence of him been worse.
AgreeNot the same player since glandular fever and that takes a lot of getting over , hope the scapegoaters don’t move onto him now it looks like Berge is on his way.

Has he been snoggingGlandular fever really does take it out of you and can take months to fully recover from. I wonder whether that is what is keeping Arblaster out. He is not injured but "ill"
Long throw too!Not quite sure why he wasn't rested today. This game was crying out for Robinson's (ahem) physical approach.
Arblaster had glandular fever over a year ago. He has recently had something else which he is recovering from. He’ll be back before too long.Glandular fever really does take it out of you and can take months to fully recover from. I wonder whether that is what is keeping Arblaster out. 3 years for me, including misdiagnosis, after misdiagnosis. Radio therapy, thyroxin, Metformin, all not needed.Glandular fever is awful. Took me a year to get over it.
He's not up to speed yet doing ok but not there yet.Glandular fever is awful. Took me a year to get over it.
Kin hell that's what's worrying me , I didn't actually know that it could lead to cancer , but someone needs to keep an eye on Anel , hope the lads ok !3 years for me, including misdiagnosis, after misdiagnosis. Radio therapy, thyroxin, Metformin, all not needed.
Let’s not forget that the virus that causes GF (EBV), is a precursor to the cancer that David Brooks suffered from.
It really can knock you for six.

I think he took it upon himself to have a rest. Not quite sure why he wasn't rested today. This game was crying out for Robinson's (ahem) physical approach.
I didn’t, until I was finally diagnosed. The thing is, over 90% of us will have had the EBV virus before we reached our 20’s. For most, nothing more than feeling a little bit shit. For some (me included), more complex prognosis. For the very few (DB included), extreme complications (Cancer’s etc). For the very unfortunate, death is a possibility.Kin hell that's what's worrying me , I didn't actually know that it could lead to cancer , but someone needs to keep an eye on Anel , hope the lads ok !
That pitch was awful hence their tactic of pushing it down the wings and trying to get throw ins. I've not seen Bogle's touch that bad and he wasn't the only oneI don't think playing on a fucking potato field helped his natural game much. Looked well off it today. Also got a bit lucky with the handball.
