Loyalty points missing?

I am convinced my loyalty points total is incorrect after purchasing my season ticket. I have tried to check against my account but the history does not go back far enough.
I know I can contact the club but would have liked some proper evidence to go on.
Anyone else checked theirs and found them incorrect?

For this season?

Mine were missing despite my transaction for the ST showing. I emailed the club and they essentially said they forgot to tick something (who'd have thought it'd be such a manual process?). So worth an email, if so.

Thanks for posting this - just checked mine and my points are also missing for my ST. Who did you email? When I click on "Contact Us" I get a 404 page not found error message...

They've replied to me with a points breakdown saying it is correct. I have to go through it all now.
You have to go in through the main website for the contacts not the linked sites for tickets, otherwise you get the "404" error.

I've just had a look at mine and it seems off. I had about 5 season tickets as a teen, then had a gap while living away from Sheff for several years then had two again during those wonderful years pre-Wilder before moving to Germany in 2016.

Has it always been 2,700 for a ST or did this change at some point?
When did they start giving loyalty points out? My younger years tickets were all in the Warnock era so might not count.
Also I used to enjoy going and buying match tickets in the box office in the period 2008-2013 whenever I was in Sheff but none of these are showing on me account's history so I'm guessing that I didn't get them tallied against my customer number or summat, is that likely back then?

Any insight much appreciated.

Never had an issue pal always been correct and up to date phone them and ask for a full purchase history there systems should hold all the information
