The manager is far more important than an individual player so why if you know the manager probably won’t cut it would you not go for a manager who is better

The key here is “probably” won’t cut it. We’d never get any new PL managers if we didn’t get them a chance.

He’s 45 year old and so far with his time managing us has an almost 55% win rate. That is exactly the kind of person that should be getting a chance. Of course that wouldn’t work for you though, because for some weird reason you’ve decided you know better than him because reasons.

There's a particular team up there that's replaced alot of the key components that got them there this season. Have a look how its going for them..

I understand you're not Heckys fan and fine but you can not disagree that the team look like a team. They play for each other, the staff work together, there's passion within them even right down to the bloody loanees. Should we go up do you really think it would be wise to remove a vital component in that team and push them infront if the likes of Liverpool, City and Arsenal?

I agree some players will need replacing as we do have some that are getting long in the tooth but the team and manager deserve their shot. If we don't make it and come back down - that's football. What more can you ask than they actually try? I'm more than happy with the way we got relegated, the team barely gave a fuck and they got what they deserved.
