Another beautifully composed finish from McAtee. Still goes missing at times, but credit where it’s due, the boy’s rolled his sleeves and is making the most of his talent. The first 3 months of the season, never mind Luton, look a long way off now.

Keep the banter coming, I can take it you big pansies. I always cheered the lad on in the flesh and only expressed my negativity on his early showings on here.

Excellent goal tonight, great balance, strong running and completely fooled the keeper by going for the smaller target. He had a few good moments on the ball again and looks so much more up for it than Berge after 60 minutes. Now there's a player who goes missing and he should have been replaced by Doyle, not McAtee.

Big difference between the lad now and the Luton one, I said earlier in the thread but it really is a testament to his character and attitude. Would have been quite easy to sulk, hide and simply disappear back to the relative safety at City but no, he's in where the tackles are flying, not neshing and will be a lot better player because of it.
