Toytown tonight and I'm getting excited. I was gutted I missed Saturday's match. In theory, we should win by a margin, especially after the Burnley result. However, it's a derby and Rotherham are no mugs. I'm sure Hecky will have brought them down to earth. So I think maybe a win by 1 or 2 goals, but a draw is a distinct possibility. We could be top of the league by teneet. :)

I think the good news is, that Hecky and to be honest most of our fans, know that Rotherham are no mugs.
They've just played Burney and Norwich, gave them both a good game and narrowly lost.

I'm kind of expecting a similar game tonight, a difficult game but ultimately a narrow 2-1 home win.

We’re going to have to try and play football tonight to win. We can’t rely on set pieces with these.
Totally agree with this. Maybe a good game for The Salford Silva to show us what he's got. Need to play through them so a bit of flair needed.
Having said that, the way we bombarded the Burnley defence would have put most teams under immense pressure so a little bit undecided as to whether to change a winning team.
Over to you Hecky.

Fuck that......3or 4-0 to the mighty blades, then off to the land of sheep to fuck them over for good measure (Cardiff not the sheep)....top of the league , international break, players back, 10 game unbeaten run, promotion by march

The upshot of it is that Rotherham have not only earned the right to get to this division, but they've also demonstrated this season that they belong here, and as such, they should be approached with the level of respect required to beat them.

Yes, I believe that at our strongest, we possess a squad that can outshine anybody in this league, but that's still conditional on us doing the right things on the pitch.

That explains why Rotherham have a better record against the Grunters, because arrogance and entitlement permeates right through those cunts, and they think that they only have to show up.

So all we have to do is not be like the Pigs, which is just about the piss easiest thing on earth, as it's written into our DNA, thank fuck.

Both Hecky and Mcall have shown them the respect they deserve, this won't be easy.

On the other hand, thier manager seems, to be focusing on thier performance and hasn't seemed to mention us.

I haven't seen much, just snippets on twitter though..

Every match in this league is a potential banana skin. Especially if you are below par.

Rotherham aren't any mugs and they have done well so far this season. Especially considering Warne left too.

We will have to perform well to beat them.

Our best run this season is 4 wins ont trot (2neither side of her Maj’s death). Win tonight will equal that and an away win at Cardiff will set us up for our traditional bad run after international breaks.

Hang on ....I know we have the Glasgow Grafter, the Peterboro Pusher, the Sheffield Scorer, the Malmö marauder and the Warrington Warrior but who is the Salford Silva???😋😋😋😋😋

If Carlsburg did forecasts……..

Owt like the way they played at Burnley last week and it'll be a long night, they'll fake injuries, shithouse and waste as much time as possible. Resulted in 10 minutes added time last week and they still lost. Need to score early doors against twats like that to stop em doing it force them to play and leave gaps at the back.

That's a good thing though imo. Set piece goals are hardly our forte, and it was freakish that we scored so many on Saturday.

Oi! That's our friendly neighbours you're talking about. Show some respect.;););)

Being an ‘older person’ I hope we win but I don’t want us to hammer them or fight with them, years ago when they were really in the shit Warnock loaned them players so I took an interest so Rotherham are my 3rd favourite team after The Blades btw there is no 2nd place as no one comes close.
I’ve also got a lot of time for them. As a kid growing up in Frecheville in the 70s if I couldn’t follow the Blades away I could get a bus from Intake terminus that would drop me at Millmoor & I used to go quite often.

In later years I have done a bit of work for them & always found everyone in & around the club to be thoroughly decent. A proper football club.

I'll take the company of Millers over South Barnsley truffle hunters any day.

A no mercy performance, with a final score of 4-0…..

Confidence is a hard thing to play against. Rotherham will be dogged, but play anywhere near that second half performance and they too will roll over.
