No I get that, its the actual 3 match ban I'm querying. I though you had to smack someone in the chops to get a 3 matcher these days...

Pretty sure "Serious Foul Play" gets you an instant 3 match ban, plus the fact he's already had a straight red recently adds another on, so if we appealed it could've gone up to 5 games (not that it would have mattered as I personally don't think we'll be retaining his services IMHO)
