Why doesn't Hecky like making subs? He did the same all of last season, making few subs and always very late on in matches. It's odd, particularly when we can use five this season. Surely he's got the options on the bench. He mentions that players aren't ready yet, or not up to speed, but then doesn't give them a chance to get up to speed. Strange.

Hecky is a nice guy and a good coach, buy he's tactically naive and so slow to react to what everyone else can see in advance of it happening. He picks his favourite players and the same tactics week in, week out and just expects it to work. When it doesn't work, or stops working, he hasn't got a clue how to change tactics to swing games back in our favour. He only has himself to blame for dropping two points today, but I'm sure in post match he'll say that if he was offered a point away at Boro at kick off then he'd have snapped your hand off, as if that's acceptable for tossing it away.

No pace, no out ball, two isolated strikers feeding off scraps for the last 10 mins
