So tired of seeing us concede essentially the same goal over and over again. Why don't we learn that teams with pacy players are most dangerous against us when breaking from deep?
See Forest in the playoffs (umpteen attacks from deep), see Watford goal last night, see any number last season...
We are most at risk when we send too many players up for corners. Why don't we leave 2 or 3 of our fastest players on halfway to negate this threat?
With 30 yards start we might manage to get back soon enough to defend.
Absolutely does my head in how often we get done like this.. Listen, it needs resolving pronto Hecky!

I forget who it was that said this, it might have been Pep but certainly some Spanish manager, but the point was that they didn't get the English excitement about having won a corner, when it is the perfect opportunity to launch a high percentage counter attack

It doesn’t help that our corners are absolutely dire, and have been for a while.

I dont see why it has to be Norwood / Fleck every time, can’t we give it someone else to whip in?

Right side I’d give corners to Berge, left RND maybe.

Its a hangover from days past when players had the ability to head a ball towards goal

Norwood can't beat the first man. Why he is still on corners baffles me. At Least Hourihane could.

That and teams are more organized and better at defending then nowadays, reminds me of this video by tifo on why corners are a bit useless now

I certainly can't remember many goals we've scored from corners or goals we've conceded from them either.
