Yeh, it was like having a mouse mat stuck to the front of the shirt, they were awful.

And the orange third kit had absolutely no give on it whatsoever.

You know that we will be playing in that come Watford. There won't be any excuses or reasons other than it will be the away kit for the season. This is the only shirt United have got despite the press release suggesting work has been ongoing for 12 months. This is the only sample we have. So expect to see this at Watford.

Home shirt on sale. Third kit. Then this one. For £50. Its utterly awful.

I've just read their supply list of clubs on their books, and us and Boro seem to be the biggest 2 clubs on there(there are a couple of foreign ones).
It seems atrocious, that they cant supply the kits for the players, nevermind the fans!!

They've sorted Boro. That was also a new deal as they had Hummel. So that's not an excuse. So what exactly has gone wrong with ours?

Isn't the delay partly due to things being put on hold because of the possible takeover towards the end of last season? Or did I just make that up

Stiff badge sewn on to super-light shirt material. They bend differently. Always a downside of sewn on.

I’m not so sure it’s stitched on. Be a embroidered patch with adhesive back and heat pressed on

I used to have to have motorsport team wear made every season and got it wrong a fair few times

I’ve thrown some expensive shit in the bin a fair few times. That’s motorsport all over though.

Imagine releasing a kit, which we haven't even seen a picture of yet, just over a week before the season starts.

I mean, I know you're confident it'll arrive on time, but doesn't it concern you that there snt even ONE shirt available to look at? Surely there is ONE that has been stitched by now? There has to be. Why won't they even show us it?

It would be stupid to reveal the kit before there's sufficient stock and all outlets available for sales, which is probably why it won't be released until it can be available in all 3 outlets (online, meadowhall & ground) - the biggest time for sales is when there's the initial hype around the release.

P.s as per my post above, at least some of the kit is most definitely made and at the club
