"What wage do you want"........"OK then"

I also agree with what Wilder said a few year back.
He said he used to give players, who were prospective transfers, the personality test.
If their motivation coming to us was mainly money (some one like Jerome Sinclair) then he knew they weren't right for the club
and he'd tell them to join whatever club gives them the most money....which could damage their long term careers.

On your first part of your post I suspect the reason it's a taking a long time though is because Khadra has several options and he's probably set for more talks with other clubs.
