It seems like it's just me that thinks that a good sponsor is the finishing touch on a kit. Kits without a sponsor just look like they're missing something to me.

One of my favourite ever shirts, the navy sash away shirt, looks so good with the basic white Laver sponsor across it. And the same with Teletext Holidays on the home kit the other season, Wards on the 'Marcelo kit'.

They all, to me, wouldn't have looked as good without the sponsor.

But then, on the other side of the argument there are Midas Games and John Holland...

I don't mind the sponsors if they suit the kit, the blue/white HFS Loans shite, for example, looking freaking awful. The Laver ones looked class and other than the actual sponsor itself, the Randox ones are coloured to suit the shirt, so I don't mind.

I would still prefer an option to buy without though.

After about 3 days they'll be taken off sale due to "unforseen demand" because every fucker has scrambled to get one in time for the holidays in August and they didn't order enough stock.

I'm guessing with the dates quoted the Womens Euros has delayed the launch of new kit. Hope UEFA are paying a decent fee for use of the ground.

How the fuck do you remember that?! Just got my Avec shirt out and you're right!

Bit odd actually cause the Avec is, as you say, a felt like thing, the United badge is an actual patch but the Wards sponsor is part of the material of the shirt.
