I think he needs retraining we did a poor job or at least gave him a job he wasn’t up to for his current capabilities tbh it was a badly advised buy but very much in the Wilder way of a player who has shown potential at a young age but not carried on improving.

Personally i’m so happy to see hes gone. Like others have said technically and ability wise one of the worst players I have ever seen in a blades shirt or any footballing shirt for that matter. 26 goals in 222 apps says it all. Hope he kicks on in Germany and sorts his career out though.

Didn't see this coming, thought he'd leave to Millwall to be honest! All the best to him. He needs to play on the wing or in a free role rather than striker, I would hope Breman aren't playing him as an out an out striker.

GLTTL, I guess. He tried his best. At least we'll always have that winner at Old Trafford. I remember when, after that game, people were starting threads on here talking about how much better than Callum Robinson he was, and somebody suggested he had the potential to play for Real Madrid.

It's like people always get blinded by his athleticism, and clubs are always willing to take a punt on him because of it. Unfortunately, while he's prime Gareth Bale physically, he's prime Conor Sammon technically and he has the football brain of a cabbage.

I actually think he did a job for us in the premier league where sides would push up on us. Whenever he was on the pitch they dropped back as his pace worried them.

Good luck to him, maybe the right system for him will work. Millwall seemed to think he was ok too.

I don't want to knock the lad at all. He's clearly got some great physical attributes in his speed. And he isn't as bad as we have made out.
If he had just that bit extra quality he'd be a real danger at any level but that is what lacks.

I reckon his confidence must be absolutely shot, he can't be immune to all the ridicule. Move might do him well. You don't play 30 off games in la liga if you are absolutely abysmal

Confidence to wear dodgy clobber is not the same as confidence on a footy pitch. Look at DCL talking about struggles with his confidence and mental health recently and he wears some proper out there clobber
