It's going to be very strange to have a pause like this, could make or break some teams as well.

At least we can plan for it unlike the break we had this season due to clubs postponing games at the last minute.

I'd piss myself laughing if Owd Combover Barry got a call up and missed a month (should Scotland qualify of course). That won't be enough for them to get matches postponed. A month without the third division Xavi. Imagine.

im guessing that the matches on 10th December will all be moved to 1pm, so all fans can get home to a potential quarter final if we top Group B like we should

but if we dont Top the group, which is possible considering we cocked up a similar very easy group in 2010, 3rd december will be fascinating in League 1 & 2 or below because england round of 16 game will be on Saturday at 3pm. so something will have to give at short notice

Week before kick off probably.

We haven't even got a design out yet (again) while other clubs have (and the season isn't even finished). And we can't say its a supplier issue as Errea are knocking designs out galore.

Would it hurt for the club to just say "final touches are being made to our new kit" or just owt?! Just owt will do. A picture of some red fabric would do for many. Although a few would say "that looks like 95% polyester with 2.5% cotton blend and the rest made up of biodegradable materials. Disgusting for £50." (you can imagine it). I'd even settle for some designs that United said no to (if they have done at all. I don't know if we have any say whatsoever in the kit or whether they're just dumped on us).

World Cup kick off times will be altered around when Wednesday play their league games. FIFA won't want images of empty stadiums beamed around the world with half the Qatari population sat at home watching them on (p)I(g)Follow.

Does it matter ?
As long as the team has a red and white striped shirt for the first match all is well.
