He's 26 in a few weeks so that should mean the PL clubs aren't going to make a move or even the top championship clubs even, aside of us! If it's between us and QPR I would have thought he'd chose us.

I was banging on about this lad about 3 years ago... Better late than never if we do bring him in. He's more than capable of doing very well in the Championship.

Would be a very good signing if it was to happen.

You're getting confused between people who want to live in a great city and earn loads of money and people who are from Sheffield.

Ffp reasons for Stoke chance to earn a deal with us for him.

You think we paid a fee for a player when his contract is up this summer for his old club AND for us? Think the star or the examiner lot said no fee after a few days of wrongly reporting there was one.

The agenda that the club's potless and don't pay transfer fees. Hence your increasingly desperate point to try to prove we haven't paid a fee for Davies as this undermines your argument. Everything I see in the internet supports the fact we did pay a fee.

Remember, when we were first promoted we broke the transfer fee 4x in about a fortnight, and have gone higher still with Berge and Brewster.

If I were the Prince I wouldn't have backed Wilder in the JTW 2nd season.

He doesn't go all in with Slav as I think he expected (or was told) that the manager could get a tune out of the squad he had. Something Slav didn't manage but Hecky has proven.

Let's see what this Summer brings, but the agenda of some of the posters on here that we've got no money is getting boring. Happy to be proved wrong, but recent history shows that the Prince has supported the managers with money, and will pay fees.

See the words "Effectively" and "Claimed" in the article? That means it isn't a fact, and a fee of some description was paid. Not sure I am wrong.

I've only seen bits and bobs. Why's he still in L1 now? Price tag? Are Oxford really able to hold out for a huge fee? Or just highest bidder before this window closes maybe?
