Thought we did a Man City today no recognised strkers on the pitch but made chances and dominated the ball just didn't take em.

Difficult to win when you start with 6 senior strikers then loan a couple out to save money. Then the others all fall injured.
Why was Hecky making a sub with 30 seconds to go shouldn't he have been after 3 points not settling for 1 Bristol City were poor.

I think he was aware that we are far more likely to concede in the last minute than we are to score.

Not that I'd wish injury on a player especially on one of our own but McBurnie being injured and Sharp likely to be back increases our chances of picking up slightly more points that could see us just about get over the line. Despite two of them being raw youths, Hecky only being able to field any of the remaining 4 attackers and not McBurnie benefits us just that bit more I feel.

Been home nearly 2 hours after a great weekend and a couple of beers pondering tonight's game.

A must not lose game tonight and at least that was achieved.

I have to say though, whilst it was improved from Friday and we know our striker issues, I was really frustrated at times tonight.

Slow and sloppy in possession too often for me.

We turn attack into defence too easily.

Hanging on to 6th but still relying on others failing unless we can find a real upturn in the last three games. Maybe Bill will provide the spark.
