I don’t need to research it. You’re the one making the claim and yet you can’t even name one of them.
It hasn't been all good news for Rovers on the injury front, however, as Darragh Lenihan and Reda Khadra pulled out of the Republic of Ireland and Germany U21 squads respectively last week owing to fitness problems. The Irishman has a groin problem, while Khadra's hamstring is injured; both men are doubts to face the Sky Blues this weekend.

Dilan Markanday moved to the next stage of his recovery yesterday – with Tony Mowbray holding a hope that the January signing could yet feature this season. It would however, likely need Rovers to make it into the play-offs if Markanday is to be involved again after undergoing hamstring surgery in January.

Meanwhile, long-term absentees Bradley Dack (knee - now returned), Tayo Edun (ankle), Ian Poveda (ankle) and Dilan Markanday (hamstring) remain out of matchday squads.

The availability of full-back Deyovaisio Zeefuik (hamstring) is currently unknown.

Blackburn have had both short and long term injuries this season, just like other teams and are still getting them (Dack & Diaz may have cost them automatic?)

So Blackburn have had a few injuries, not as many as we have but OK. Which other teams were you talking about?

Where do these premiership owners come from?
we could always have the guys who McCabe had lined up, who eventually took over and asset stripped Burnley.

Lewis Grabban
What we know: Forest's top scorer suffered an ankle sprain in the 2-1 defeat at Cardiff City in January which left him having to be helped off the pitch and leaving the ground in a protective boot. However, he did not have to undergo surgery, as had initially been feared. It was expected to keep him out of action for two months, putting a possible return at around early April. He returned to training this week and was a used substitute - coming on after 66 minutes - at Blackpool.

Scott McKenna
What we know: The centre-back had to be substituted towards the end of the Reds' 3-1 thumping of QPR. And he is expected to be absent for about four to five weeks. He joined Cook in supporting his teammates from the stands against Jurgen Klopp's team.

Max Lowe
What we know: The left-back was forced off towards the end of the first half of the rout over Reading last month. He is expected to be sidelined for six weeks. It is Lowe’s second spell out of action this season with a groin issue, after he missed two months towards the end of last year, but this is a "slightly different" injury.

Steve Cook
What we know: Forest's win over the Royals came at a cost, with Cook joining Lowe in having to come off and facing a six-week absence. The centre-back went down late on at the City Ground and received treatment on the pitch. A stretcher was called, but the January signing turned down the option of using it. He wanted to depart under his own steam and did so with the help of support on either side.

Just 4 of the recent Forest ones, but they have had others throughout this season.

Some embarrassing comments on here from "supporters".

Been a difficult season for many reasons.

It's not even over.

By the way, if we do qualify for playoffs it'll be a hell of an achievement by Heckingbottom. That's just an obvious fact, considering our position when he took over.

Again, not comparable to our situation. Can I assume that you aren't actually going to be able to provide an examples?

"If we don’t achieve promotion we’re about £100m worse off in terms of revenue coming in next season," he said.

If I don’t win the Euro Millions I’ll be £20m worse off next week. :(

Before the latest, and last, international break of the season came, the Hatters were, despite a lengthy injury list, in fine form.

Manager Nathan Jones spoke on the ‘unprecedented’ injury list he and his staff are having to deal with in the lead-up to Saturday’s away fixture against AFC Bournemouth.

After a physically tough week with three matches and a host of injury problems to juggle, the gaffer is hoping his team can produce a good performance for a sold-out away end at the Vitality Stadium but is also aware of the quality Scott Parker’s side possess.

On the injury front, he continued: "It is a day-to-day thing now, it is an unprecedented time I have never seen anything like it to be honest with you. We’re literally taking everything day to day; we don’t know what things are going to happen. It is the most phenomenal thing I’ve ever seen; I can’t fathom it because structurally we are exactly the same. Normally we have 94/95 per cent availability rate, now we’re fearful to train.

"not comparable to our situation"?? WTF! Like I have stated it is not just about the numbers of players injured, it's the quality of the player injured and what they mean to the team. And let's be honest, the likes of Stevens, Fleck, McGoldrick, etc were at times struggling to hold down their position within the first 11 and people have been writing them off this season, saying that a number of their performances have not been good enough.

Bogle is probably the biggest loss along with Basham, but there are two replacements in Baldock and Davis that should have enough quality at this level to deputise.

Diaz and Dack, would be similar to losing Sharp & MGW for a long period to us. Take out the goals and assists from Sharp and MGW, where would we be?

Isn’t that true for any championship club ?
It is but then you’d have to check the impact of losing that money against outgoings.

I’d be willing to bet most Championship clubs don’t have players on the types of wages Brewster, McBurnie and Berg are on.

Going back to my original point though, you’d have thought the board knowing we’d be losing this income and knowing we have some big wage earners at the club would have shown just a tad more ambition when looking for a replacement for Slav, rather than giving it to the guy who had the job previously but for whatever reason wasn’t deemed good enough just a few months earlier.

Baldock has been injured as well. Were you not aware of that? Basham's replacement (Goode) is also injured. We've been having to play left footers at both RCB and RWB. How many other teams have their four main strikers out injured currently?

Didn’t you read the post earlier in the thread that said if we had Heckys points per game all season we would be joint top with Fulham ?

That to me suggests he is good enough !

"Baldock has been injured as well. Were you not aware of that?" I am aware that he has been injured, but did he not play at RWB on Saturday, in that team performance? A fit Davis has been starting before Goode at RCB (Goode was on the bench)? All teams have to play players out of position from time to time, sometimes it is not a bad thing either.

As stated previously, I accept the Striker situation, but we only play with one out and out striker in any case. I maybe wrong but I believe that Sharp, McBurnie & Ndiaye have been available for 6 of the last 7 matches, in which we have collected 8 points from a possible 21 available (Brewster being the obvious loss as McGoldrick's form leading up to the injury was patchy at best).

Goode was on the bench for one game (Swansea), Davies hasn't started ahead of him in any games since he's been here.

I stand corrected on the Goode comment, however it still doesn't get away from the fact that Davis should have and does have enough quality to deputise, even played at RCB.

From memory, Goode was on the bench against Hull as well.

All teams in every division have injuries and suspensions and have "a host of injury problems to juggle" from time to time, as correctly stated by Nathan Jones, it's just life in football. If you wanted to be completely critical of the Striker injury situation at SUFC, just look at the recent seasons in terms of games played. Sharp you cannot fault in terms of fitness, same as McGoldrick at SUFC, but before coming here his injury record was poor, Brewster, McBurnie, Moose? is it a complete surprise?

Are you aware that Davies has also been unavailable for large parts of the season?

Goode was on the bench against Hull, and a few games before that actually, but Basham was being played instead of him, not Davies.

And your point regarding Davis is? Did he and Baldock not play on Saturday?

Young Gordan has also deputised extremely well and has probably been let down by his senior pros on occasions during his playing time so far.

Osbourne has also not let himself down playing at RWB recently (experienced championship pro, also deputising, albeit playing on the right, but performed ok).

The likes of Osbourne, Davis, etc would be in most playing squads within this division, even having to be played on the right.

There is nothing clear about you, unless people on here agree with what you say, that much is clear.

Both Robinson and Basham have been available up until 9 games ago. So would he have played that much, since then he has played in 3 of these games, with Gordan deputising quite well in between. The fact of the matter is that we have had decent, if not better than decent cover in for most injury's with the exception of the forward line on Saturday.

We are in 8th place. I've put on here before that I think we are probably the 8th best team in the division. If we finish above this, we have done better than I expected. But I think this is where we'll finish.

Do us a favour and stop digging, you’ve been proved wrong and carrying this on will only make you look a twat

12 points from 10 games. Very poor
