In his post match interview ”Heckingbottom admitted there remains unspecified issues within the group”

Anybody know what he’s referring to?

Brewster and Didzy out for the season is a huge blow.

Really need McBurnie to step up. Think it's too early to heap much expectation on Jebbo and our top striker is 36.

Don't hold your breath McBurnie is not the answer, if he decided to put as much effort into playing his game instead of fouling his opponent then moaning for 10 mins about it there maybe I stress maybe a player in there. UTB

Let's for Christ's sake there aren't any more injuries up front (particularly not Billy). We're in a great position to get in the play offs but we're also 2 or 3 injuries away from having to play people completely out of position up front

Whether we think McBurnie is the answer or not, we haven't got a fucking choice.

It would be great if this forum could avoid making him a scapegoat whilst he tries to improve his form and we have no choice but to play him. It's exhausting sometimes.

I'm not confident tbh but there is a player in there.

He impressed me at this level before and put in some decent performances in the first Prem season.

How he gets back to that I don't know. I wasn't impressed with his work rate at times yesterday but he did looked disappointed at being subbed so hopefully the desire is still there.

I noticed Bogle had his knee strapped at Hudds. Seemed to be less mobile since he went down at BDTBL v Brum..

It worries me that once again we're getting a second opinion on a player. We seem to do this with every injury, which makes me think that we don't trust the first opinion. Which I presume is that of our medical team!

I think your find it's standard practice for long looking injuries.
Footballers are extremely valuable assets, so it makes sense to seek a second opinion.

I have no fear that when called upon Jebbison will step up to the plate.
May have seen the last of McGoldrick if hes out for the season. Lots of good memories

Criticising a player who arrived with a big price tag, performed far better elsewhere, has done very little in Blades shirt and been arrested more than once isn’t scapegoating.

I’m all for giving chances, but he’s got to earn the money he’s been paid and he hasn’t got close yet.

Not saying he won’t get better, but much of what McBurnie gets is legitimate criticism.
