I can see at points the dream team of Jebbo/N'Diaye/MGW/Brewster but I don't think we're there yet in terms of fitness and you have to pick on form and I see that as happening during a match rather than plan A.

I wish I could find a place for Berge or even Fleck but I'd say the pairing of Hourihane and Norwood is starting to look decent. Two intelligent ball players with plenty of movement ahead of them to exploit and both were on the money with excellent set-pieces last game.

On Friday I'd like Jebbo in place of Brewster and the rest the same after such a dominant display. Billy is still Johnny on the spot for me and crucial to some of these young players.

No need to force change. With so many games players will get their chance. Looking forward to having Gibbs-White back. He added a completely different dimension to our play and we were nowhere near in as good form as now so imagine what he can do in a team playing with confidence!

If MGW is fit, maybe he does just come in for Brewster on Friday and we do play two support players or N'Diaye moves further up with Jebbo from the bench. All depends on MGW. It would be a great boost if he is fit for Friday. I doubt anyone would leave him out. He's been our best player. The sort of player that turns a banana skin into a win.

Is Osborn fit? The left wing back spot is anyone's right now.

Yes, about as good as I could get. There's a lot on this forum building a pillar of sand for Jebbison, like he's going to be the second coming. He only makes a bench player for me , ten minutes here, ten minutes there. Let's not put the pressure on him.

Controversial choice but having watched a couple of recent Birmingham matches they close down very quickly if you attempt to play the ball out from the back. If we are going to end up lumping it forward then at least have someone capable of winning/holding onto the ball

Not bothered about the subs as long as Sharp is one. I reckon three of Baldock, Robinson, Stevens, Fleck and McGoldrick will be struggling to make the bench soon.

I think Slav had it right with 4-3-3 but got it wrong with the personnel and not having a proper pre-season to implement and tweak it.
