When it comes to defenders dropping absolute clangers again and again and again

Mceverly? Robinson? Ampadu? Nosworthy? Andy Taylor was pretty rancid.

Robinson is the worst by a country mile, one of those players where it sickens me to see them in a Blades shirt and the people that stick up for them seriously wind me up.

‘But he’s trying his best’
1. Debatable
2. Don’t care either way, especially when one considers the moneys he’s on to play a game for a living.

Even amidst the excellent team performance in the first half at Preston he still did one of his bomb scare backpasses that luckily foderingham was ready for.

Can’t think of any one signing that more encapsulates the collapse from the most unbelievably exciting season I’ve ever seen in 30 odd years to the absolute pits we’re currently witnessing. He was one of our worst players when we were in the relegation zone this season ffs.

One of the worst signings in my lifetime. Horrific

Oliver Bombscare Tebilly was the most worrying defender I've seen.

There are so many worse than Robinson, who played ok in half a dozen EPL games.

Steve Faulkner.

Mceverly? The worst - he was bad in league 1.
Robinson? The second worst as he does it at the level above.
Ampadu? A theme developing…
Nosworthy? The most arrogant and reckless because his mistakes were all attempts to be clever when he never had it in him.
Andy Taylor? A bit harsh - he was mostly just sloooow.

Am I the only one who liked Tebily?
I liked him but he didn’t stop long before he went to Birmingham was it? I always thought it smelled of us buying him from his old club as they wouldn’t deal with Birmingham. I live a conspiracy 😃

Ladies and Gentlemen Mr Jordan Stewart. Made Andy Taylor look like Paolo Maldini. Thread closed .View attachment 128332
This is the worst defender but Jordan Stewart goes one better as being the worst PLAYER I’ve ever seen in a United shirt. Considering some of the dross we’ve seen this is some achievement. He was running balls out of play before Burke had even started school.

There are few times at a football ground, that joint general laughter is heard at a football ground- but I can remember laughing a couple of times with everybody, and like VW Blade above that player is Jordan Stewart.

The worst player never mind defender ever to grace Bramall Lane. Truly laughable.

Bryan Gayle WTF he was superb?

Out of all of Wilder’s bizarre signings, he’s up there with the absolute worst.

He was Forest’s third choice left back and we decide to pay money for him whilst we were flying in the PL. Why?

No other club in the top two divisions would have done that. I think Forest must have thought it was an elaborate joke.

I feel sorry for him because there’s no way he should be playing regular football at this level. It’s negligence from the management and actually unfair on him because he’s so clearly out of his depth. It’s painful to watch.

The best thing to do would be to pay up his contract and hopefully a lower L1/ L2 side gives him a contract so he can play in an environment he would be more comfortable in.

Tebily was good and quickly got poached by Birmingham.

Simonsen was the worst for catastrophic errors in the last 20 years. No one else comes close for me.
