Pretty self explanatory. Not the best game. Not the best goal. Just your favourite single moment following United since 1980. Apologies for the great away game moments that are a little more niche, I've tried to keep it to the really big ones that the most people attended or at least watched

Apologies also if I've missed any really obvious ones

Where's Bash at Leeds?

It’s not on the list but Northampton away for me because it was the only time since I started going we’ve been mathematically promoted from a game. (Darlo and Leicester before my time) I was at Cardiff in 2006 and Ipswich in 2019 when we were all but sure, but nothing for me will match the moment Fleck scored at Sixfields.

From the list above I’d go for Duffy at Hillsboro, I lived just off Leppings Lane back then so that was an enjoyable 2 min walk home!

I've gone Dane v the pigs. What they were and what they weren't going to do to us that game. LOL. 🤣

The Brown volley just skins Duffy's bounce killer for me.

1. Brown volley: it's dropping from a spooned headed clearance, his eyes are on it all the way, everyone on planet earth is saying 'Gooo-on Browneh, Fuckin' LAMP it!', it drops, he takes off and smacks the ball's arse with his right boot whilst airborne and it arrows over Fatty into the top bin. Bramall Lane's roof lifts off and my windows shattered

2. Duffy bounce-killer: Pigfans are on fire, jumping like cunts, we go up the pitch, all United fans are fearing we'll get tonked, he gets the ball, one way, other way, back again and it's past the keeper in a flash. Pig fans desolate and silent, United fans jizzing buckets

For sheer effect on how good they made me feel it's Duffy, but for star-quality it's Browny

And both were against that sleazy bunch of retards from the north of the city

pommpey

I think v Crewe at Bramall Lane under Warnock, really, really shit 0-0 in injury time. Blades win a corner, just as it's struck, a feller a few rows from the front of the Kop (must have had him as first goalscorer) leapt up and screamed "SANTOS!!!" quickly followed by George rising and powering it in.

Easy to forget there were some bloody dismal days (and crowds) under Warnock before we got good. Plenty of cult heroes and laughs too though.

JOC vs Ipswich which at that point effectively sealed our unlikely return to the Premier League. Can’t believe we’re even debating it.

Having being marooned in league 1 for so long and cut adrift financially from the elite, I never saw us getting back there, and especially not with largely a league one squad with a modest Championship budget.

This was Wilder’s finest hour and my most emotional moment as a 40 something fan supporting the Blades. Nothing comes closer, despite the euphoria of the Derby wins in recent times and Bassett’s achievement.

Wilder and his squad made me believe we could dare to be something different, allbeit fleetingly.

Almost all of them are wonderful and people of different ages and at different points in there lives will have individual favourites, i would choose Duffys as we had been through a painful few years and they had rubbed our noses in it for long enough, then in a flash of brilliance duffy put the world to right for a few beautiful seconds. Also some are getting to a point where my memory is failing me, scougals at wembley held pretty good memories as well

The moment at Anfield when Brownie takes that last minute Free Kick and we get to our first Wembley final in my (or my Dads) lifetime.
We're seconds away from history. Only Kirkland to beat, just need Mooney to dummy it and Brownie buries it. What the . . .?

Needed one moment from Leicester and I'm not sure what it would be?

The 2nd goal. Ooohs and aahhs, penalty box pinball followed by absolute ecstasy.
For me, it was when the 4th went in. After going 1-0 down, I thought we were gonna balls it up at the final hurdle.
The 4th made me finally believe it was happening. I think every orifice in my body expelled something. Apart from my mouth. I couldn't speak. I really didn't know what to do. My Brother thought I was having a heart attack🤣
A special moment in what was truly one of the greatest days of my life

One of the shots in the immediate lead up to the 2nd goal broke Martin Hodge's nose.
I rest my case :D

Decided (eventually) for Pesch, there have been a few memorable, exceptional, stand out games at the Lane since my first visit in 71, beat all of the top clubs at one point or another, the glory days of TC and Woody, from TC sitting on the ball to the special Woody/TC corners, the quality goal, quality player commentary,,,BUT and even though it ultimately led to failure in the final, that play off game against Forest, for me beats everything, under the lights, sell out crowd,, it had literally everything!

Not the most popular but I’ve gone for Delano’s lob against Grobelaar.

It was such a privaledge to watch him playing for the Blades during his pomp, at the time he was one of the best strikers in the country.

Legend.

Bloody auto correct.

That should say Deano

Gone for Duff's 'Bouncekiller', but could tick them all (and add a fair few more to the list).

Fantastic Blades moments far outweighed by bad games/seasons, but forever spoken of and remembered long after the bad times are forgotten ✌️🤩
