He’s a legend due to his fantastic attitude, commitment and adaptability, he plays like he’s a true Blade (a fan).
Lets not forget that when he played under Adkins he was consistently average league 1 standard but appreciated because he was a “trier”.

The concern is he only needs a play a few poor games and all this goodwill and appreciation will be forgotten. However in my eyes, like with Wilder, he’ll always be massively appreciated, the way he improved from league 1 up to PL standard would seem impossible, if I hadn’t seen his progress with my own eyes.

Lets not forget that when he played under Adkins he was consistently average league 1 standard but appreciated because he was a “trier”

I’d put his technique up against any defender with his height and frame. Certainly English defenders. He’s a marginally better defender than Mings, but infinitely better on the ball.
