Prince needs to wake up and realise that just because Chris Wilder, against all odds, took us up to the Premier League, doesn't mean that type of thing gets repeated very often, not normally without decent backing from the owners and giving the manager time to implement his ideas and most importantly, being able to get his own players in.
Slav has had no money to spend whatsoever other than on loanees and is left trying to get a tune out of a broken bunch who would be better served with a fresh start elsewhere. Pre-season was a shambles and we were behind the curve from then on. All our signings came late in the day, none are permanent and only MGW and possibly Davies are the only ones who are decent and if we wanted them permanently, we probably couldn't afford them anyway.
I hope, if nothing else, that Slav has told the Prince where to stick his job knowing that the squad isn't good enough to challenge for promotion and that if he gets no money to spend then he's pissing in the wind being here in the first place. I'm not advocating spending heaps of money like we did last season but he simply didn't have the tools to do the job.
