But, when we were playing extremely good football and winning games it was all about luck, offside decisions, long ball, physical approach, the opposition having an off-day etc etc.

Never had any good comments from him, don't know why he's anywhere near any of our our matches.

Nearly everyone else was but goodman.seemed blissfully ignorant of our style of play until very late on and when.commenting on our games would always find some innocuous incident to focus on for the entirety of the game as if to show how lucky we were

Lately, I just long for the days of Mitch Ward, Carl Bradshaw, Dane Whitehouse. They wouldn’t have stood for the distinct lack of effort by some of our so called ‘stars’. The ‘stars’, If only they had the effort, desire and fitness of Chris Basham. I love this bloke to bits. He cares, I really hope we give him a testimonial game. He’s worked in ordinary jobs before becoming a pro footballer. Maybe send out our ‘stars’ to do the work he did to realise how lucky they are and to appreciate it??

Goodman reiterated his point before the game yesterday that we got promoted in far stronger championship 3 seasons ago with a lot of this side & 17th in the table with this squad is massively under performing .. Agree with him 100% .. it’s not slagging the club off it’s telling how it really is

Think they picked Hendrie as an ex Blade who did exactly what many of the current lot are doing, showing no desire or commitment and underperforming - can remember Hendrie getting booed off the park for us in the short time he was here
