Team To Destroy Dingles

Tommorow is the match we all get hope in Moose again.
He'll either start or come on for Billy I reckon, and after he bags a couple we will all be chomping at the bit for him to play with Ndiaye and MGW next game.
a front 3 of nidaye mgw and a fully fit mousset would rip this league apart unfortunately dont think were gonna see a fully fit mousset ever again

I'd stick Mcburnie in today in MGWs absence. If he's not up for it against a former team he never will be. Rest Sharp and get Mousset in if he's fit with Ndiaye floating. Rest of team picks itself. Baldock for Bogle if injury dictates.

Norwood - Jimmy Fleck

Brewster---Mcburnie----Ndiaye

Mooooose

Ben Osborn & Lord Bill have had there chance its about time we gave the players we spunked money on a proper run in the team

And by run i don't mean 30 minutes every 2/3 matches , play them 10/15 games 90 mins if they look poor after then slate them

Close enough UTB

We could have stuck a traffic cone up top today and it would have had a more meaningful contribution than McBurnie.
Agree. You'd have thought he'd have made more of his opportunity. Worryingly for me he looked really heavy legged, even prior to ht.

Please.

Im ducking begging you.

Will one of the (few remaining) back of the kop smack heads pick the bones out of “that” performance from our #9 ?

Genuinely interested 😀👍.

I’m waiting for the “he needs games” comment.

Based on what I’ve seen for the last 18 months he needs making into glue.

Anyone still think we should have started with Sharp and McGoldrick after that last 30 mins?
We don’t know how they’d have started so it’s a daft comment. Mousset was a good option given he scored 2 goals. McBurnie was dreadful. I’d have had Sharp over him.

Oh, come on DB!
We've got to play him in the right position so we really see his strengths.
I mean, we looked so much stronger defending set pieces with him in the team today, didn't we???
£20 mill down the fucking drain! Our worst EVER signing.
Some will still defend him, though.

Maybe we could just let him stand out of the way somewhere on the pitch when we have the ball and then just get him to come back into the box for defensive duties?

Just realised, that’s what he does anyway.

Did more than most in the first half Derek playing as a NO10 BTW not a NO9

He wasn't great but that's the level Sharp has been putting in for quite a while now

Thought he was the target man today and Mooose was running the line left and right and also dropping behind McB for the ball so I reckon we had two false nines and two false tens- so I do not buy that shit he is not a good fit at this club for his benefit he needs to move on.'

Possibly I wouldn't disagree with that

He is a very good striker at this level when your system is suited around him as a NO9

Will that happen I don't think so , same applies to Brewster

He was like a pinball machine. Touch like Monty.

Much like his lord and saviour William of sharp who entered the pitch when we were 3-0 up btw

Didnt mcburnie flick the ball on for moussets 2nd goal ?

I’m not comparing him with Sharp, I’m comparing him with other £17m strikers. He’s absolutely toss in comparison.

Good flick on in the 1st half to set up a scoring chance for Moose who shot wide
I’m glad he managed a decent contribution in an attacking sense during a 97 minute contest. Makes me feel like he’s turned a corner.
