It sounded like there was no atmosphere at all I put on Facebook that Stoke were the quietest to come to the lane this season but couldn't hear our fans either so it was deffo a mic issue

We absolutely fucking murdered them in terms of clear cut chances first half. It should have been about 4-1 at half time.

I wouldn't even call their goal a chance.

Brief highlights at the end summed it up when there were 7 chances for us and 3 for them, one of which was a shot which was miles wide.

They never really carved us open once.

Very good display though we were slow to start a little. Good to see both Mousset and McGoldrick make an impact. Both very nice moves. Also good to see we didn't panic when behind or when seeing the game out.

It's just a bit rubbish that West Brom and Bournemouth have such a lead when the former, we finished last season better and they beat us with basis neanderthal football at their place and the latter we were robbed by the twat with the whistle.

Hope we go on a massive run now.

Until today I struggled to hear K Gage but today I turned the volume up high then he sounded normal . He is not a very talented public speaker I’m afraid

Don't get me started on that ear piercing, fingernails down a blackboard hideousness.

I've got family in Leek and Alsager and at least due to Covid my ears were spared that awful noise last Christmas, no such luck this time I don't think

After they scored they completely dominated us for 15 minutes, until we got the equaliser, then we were excellent to the end of the game, great game today and a very welcome 3 points

Decent centre half with a good touch and positional sense,keeps it easy with his passing too. Thought they were blowing out of their arses after 70 minutes ,football terms I think they were the best side at the lane up to now but we should have been ahead at half time. Our shape looked better from the substitutions and then they were chasing shadows and for a change good game management when we went in front. Sawyers for Stoke was decent as was Powell floating around bringing players in.
Heard 5 live report saying both of us will be in the top 6,we have some very good players ourselves but boy do we frustrate at times.

2nd half the midfield disappeared for 35 mins and we looked shocking. Then Didzy came on and sorted it out.

It was a decent game and they weren’t a bad side at all.
