Went down early , they have had a power cut overnight and this morning ... fighting to get phones and computers up and running... about 10am..??.

A friend of mine went to get his Bournemouth from ticket office this morning but said it was closed due to power cut. I got mine online about 9.25 and had no problem

I was down at the Ticket Office on Tuesday morning. The best way I can think of to describe what happened is......

The power cut at The Lane had knocked out the 8 or so individual computers that the staff use to access the central ticket system.
The power cut had also knocked out the phones used by the staff in the ticket office.
But the central ticket system itself was working.
So it was still possible for fans to access the central system using their PCs Laptops Tablets & Phones.
A few fans actually at the ticket office, in the queue, were able to buy their tickets online, using their phones, including me.
The impact of the power cut meant the staff's computers couldn't access the central system, which itself was fine.
