Okay, so we're all angry right now, but other than bizarre team selections I don't feel the blame is with Slav.

To put it another way, if Ferrari signed Lewis Hamilton, they would have the best driver in F1. But if they gave him a go cart to drive he won't win races and if Ferrari later sacked him for poor race results then they would look like idiots. They obviously conned him into joining in the first place when he joined them, or he wouldn't have done so.

Right now we've signed the Lewis Hamilton of the Championship, but we've given him a go cart to win races. Worse yet, a go cart that was last good two seasons ago and the wheels have fallen off and we haven't got any replacements and don't look like getting any replacements. Should we sack Hamilton?

Other than Slav picking Fleck, Norwood and Berge I'm really not seeing how any of this is his fault. Even then it may be that they perform in training and Bogle, Brunt and Freeman don't, leaving him no option but to pick them for match day.

I'll re post mine from earlier.

Sign Joe Root as your star batsmen, promise him an endless supply of custom Gray Nicholls bats, then send him to the crease with a stick of rhubard.

We've signed Lewis Hamilton when our car only has 3 wheels due to accident damage from the previous driver, but the fans and the board think because it's Lewis Hamilton he doesn't need 4 wheels.

Now THAT might get me to watch cricket!

I would say more trike with wonky steering.

A lot of managers would regard us as a Ferrari or some other super car. He's failing to get a tune out of one of the best squads in the division, there's absolutely zero doubt about it. We've had managers getting a lot more out of a lot less.. He's been lied too, no doubt, (told you all this months ago) so he's having to show that he can actually manage for the first time in his Championship career. He's failing to do that. He's looking very much like the archetypal cheque book manager at the moment, which was always my fear. There's only one time in United's history where a cheque book manager was given a cheque book, that was the Robson era. The only times we've done well was when we had managers getting a pint out of a half pint pot (Harris, Wilder, Bassett, Warnock).

Personally think the personnel is irrelevant, could be a squad of past ballon D’or winners facts of the matter is they’re used to losing, over a year of consistently losing, being berated by fans and the press for being terrible (I have no issue with this by the way)

Honestly think the likes of Fleck, Norwood, Didsy, Brewster and a couple more don’t want to step out onto the pitch. They’re probably dreading it. squad needs fresh blood not only to allow Slav to play his way but also to flush out the bad mentality. The players and the team will be fine after this, Norwood will go to Preston or somewhere and do well, we will replace him and do well but right now it’s a rotten combination where separation is the only answer

Joe uses custom made New Balance bats made in India, so the rhubarb should probably be a large ripe mango....
