Both players are the least of our worries currently.

Who cares how they are rated? Egan is our best available centre back and McGoldrick is our best striker (despite being on a particularly poor run of form).

McGoldrick has definitely been largely overrated during his time here, on the other hand he's about the only player to come out of last season with any credit so now I don't know what to think.

Egan is a quality centre half and along with Davies should form a great partnership.

Didsy has been our best player for last 2 years, however he ain’t a striker. He either plays no.10 or not at all

I always think mcgoldrick likes to shoot from distance coz of the goal he scored at Hull and then he scored that one against Burnley from distance,and at first every match I was shouting shoot mcgoldrick and when he did it dint go near.

McGoldrick is a great link up man, but a terrible striker. All of our best football in our first season in the top flight came when he played and assisted the midfield. After the restart Wilder kept rotating and tinkering the team and we performed worse without Didsy.

I think his days are done with us and I'd rather see him leave a hero than a zero.
