Montgomery and Quinn will not be far behind in the wage stakes after signing big new deals last summer in the forlorn hope of a promotion push.

Both midfielders could now attract Queens Park Rangers regardless of the London club’s promotion to the Premier League.

I thought the same to be honest, I am not sure why QPR who have walked this league would be interested in Quinn & Monty. Even if Warnock is in charge. Interesting about Henderson & Evans.

Henderson IMO should set his sights higher than Derby County even though they strike me as a club who pay big wages to players.

Not sure I'm bothered if they go. How anyone can get relegated when they are paying the wages that we have is beyond belief. We have to start from scratch and rebuild. If that means losing players like Monty, Quinn, Evans and Henderson then so be it.

We were relegated because of this bunch of mediocrities, not in spite of them! We should be praying to all the Gods in Football Heaven that we manage to get rid of them. Quinn is the only one remotely worth keeping, provided he continues to play properly rather than elpiton.

Our starting point for next season should be a central midfield of Williamson and McAllister. They can actually control a football, pass it and stick it in the net. Unheard of, I know.

As long as it isn't the Gods OF Football Heaven Bin the lot bar Morgan (assuming he is going to return). I like Williamson but he's a crock. Need a spine of a team who know League 1, supplemented with the better development/youth players (as we are now operating at the level where we have loaned out such players in the past). Whether Adams is the man to forge a team i'm not sure (but who else?).
I'm crossing my fingers that McCabre finds someone daft enough to buy him out, otherwise I fear another season taking other clubs unwanted dross on loan

It's all just lazy journalism. Extremely rare that any of it turns out to be true and usually by luck more than any inside knowledge. Even if clubs are "interested" there's a massive difference between that and a player signing. By all means speculate, but don;t read too much truth into anything you read or those ITK say.

He made some errors yes. But he's clearly a top manager. Admitting you're wrong is above you, but the facts speak for themselves.
