Simon jordan talking sense again

Alan Biggs came across politicianlike, incoherent rambling without saying anything of substance.

Like SJ I am also unsure of this NDA conspiracy theory that PA by making a statement is baiting CW into biting back and waiving whatever severance he's received by breaching the NDA.

I'm no legal eagle but why would there be a one-sided NDA to censor Wilder? What would the NDA protect either party from? Wouldn't PA have breached an NDA by being candid?

It doesn't really stack up but there could well be more to it then I can fathom. Where's Darren when you need him?
 
How do we know there is an NDA in place?

If there is then once one party has placed information in the public domain the other party has the right of reply without infringing the NDA

interesting that CW has chosen not to; even though my understanding is that both scenarios provide him with a right of reply

Yeah I got the impression that abdullah was being very very careful not to.say something derogatory and was having to stop.himself ,several times but I assumed it was out of respect but you might be closer to the mark than me

The 'arse licking of Warnock' had begun.

As soon as Warnock leaves us and Jordan gets his opportunity Warnock is installed as Palace manager.

Listened to it up to Biggs coming on then my brain died, ran past his mumblings and put Jordan back on, Jordan was right in his assessment of managers in that they take they credit and divert the bad stuff, sadly CW has been very guilty of that this season. Now whether CW will reply that is up to him personally I don't think he'll get embroiled in a slanging match, plus I think this kills the rumour of CW going to Palace.

I am a CW fan but, he had done nothing but moan last few months it was almost like "nobody loves me" at the club, this is not over by a long chalk.

An NDA does not prevent any of the signatories from responding to any comments which the recipient finds either untrue or of a nature which could cast their reputation in a bad light, or inflammatory manner. Wilder would have been advised against making any comments of a similar nature, but he's certainly within his rights to respond, without any risk of igniting any penalty clauses. However, he appears to have chosen not to.
 
Maybe CW isn't responding because there's nothing to respond to.

If what PA has said is factual I can't imagine CW has much to gain/can be bothered coming out and saying "yep, I offered my resignation more than once, my representatives asked for £4m for me to go, and I was disappointed that no January signings were forthcoming but given I'd already resigned once by then it's probably fair enough".
 
Simon Jordan is spot on. Have lost a lot of respect for wilder recently, if what the prince is saying is true, which it seems it is, he's basically a money grabber and a bottler. In his own words he'd had the best transfer window ever, then he changes the narrative changed when it all went tits up

He’d been sulking for months, then tried to resign in December, then wonders why the club wouldn’t sanction bringing in any players in January. The owner made the mistake of trying to stick by him; it was obvious his head had gone and it would have been for the best for both parties to go their separate ways at that point.

The press and us fans can speculate all they/we want to.
What has happened is sad, CW and the Prince gave us back our football club, made us proud.
What's has gone off god knows.

then some shit virus hit the world.
I have heard and seen on various media outlets Inc footy forums all sorts of rumours.

We will not know what has happened till about 25 years time,
We have to look forward now.

Yes we all know that CW is a great manager, that has lost his way the last 13 months.

You don't need to tell us this.

Maybe he won't speak to the local journos because they were very friendly with the previous owner?
 
Biggs talking shit again people are saying Simon Jordan is bound to talk highly of the Prince but spit dummy art when wilders best pal sticks up for him,wilder won't respond coz he's been found out.
